Anne Hand leads CDA’s eLearning portfolio, which includes digital learning and training solutions and instructional design. She maintains a multidisciplinary perspective focused on maximizing learning in its broadest sense while building capacity to improve people’s long-term well-being. Before joining CDA, she collaborated on a variety of social sector initiatives and projects related to digital acceleration, education, and training, with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and other public and private sector actors engaged with bilateral and multilateral international development. She holds a master’s degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University.
