Anne Hand leads the Center for Digital Acceleration’s eLearning portfolio, which includes digital learning and training solutions and instructional design. She maintains a multidisciplinary perspective focused on maximizing learning in its broadest sense while building capacity to improve people’s long-term well-being. Before joining DAI, she collaborated on a variety of social sector initiatives and projects related to digital acceleration, education, and training, with the Inter-American Development Bank, United Nations Children’s Fund, and other public and private sector actors engaged with bilateral and multilateral international development. She holds a master’s degree in international education policy from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill University.
